Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · v2026-07

Generation Next Leads operates the website at gennextleads.com (the "Service"), a marketplace where licensed insurance agents purchase consumer life-insurance inquiry data ("leads"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to consumers and buyers.

Our business and brands. The Service, our website, our advertisements, and our advertising and business accounts on Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms are owned, operated, and controlled by Generation Next Financial. Generation Next Leads and Legacy Life Coverage are trade names, brands, and doing-business-as ("DBA") names wholly owned and operated by Generation Next Financial; Legacy Life Coverage is a marketing and advertising brand of Generation Next Financial used to run advertisements and generate consumer inquiries. In this Privacy Policy,"we," "us," "our," and "GNL" mean Generation Next Financial together with all of its brands, including Generation Next Leads and Legacy Life Coverage. This Privacy Policy applies in full, and identically, to Generation Next Financial, Generation Next Leads, and Legacy Life Coverage — regardless of which brand name appears on the advertisement, form, website, or message through which you interact with us,and any consent or choice you provide under one name applies to all of them.

No government or VA affiliation. We (Generation Next Financial and our brands, including Generation Next Leads and Legacy Life Coverage) are not the Veterans Administration / U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not the U.S. government or any federal agency or program, and not federal or state employees or officials, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them, and we do not claim to be. Any insurance offered is private insurance from third-party insurers, not a government benefit or program. Any patriotic or military-related names, words, or imagery in our advertisements are used only to identify our audience and for marketing, and imply no government affiliation. See our Terms of Service for the full advertising disclaimer.

1. Information we collect

Consumer lead information. When a consumer submits an inquiry through one of our advertising lead forms (including forms hosted on Meta/Facebook), we collect the information that consumer provides. This typically includes first name, last name, phone number, email address, and state of residence, and — depending on the specific form — additional details such as beneficiary information, coverage goals, current insurance premium, or length of an existing policy. This information is provided voluntarily by the consumer and, where applicable, is verified via one-time-password (OTP) confirmation.

Buyer account information. When an insurance agent creates a buyer account, we collect their name, email address, optional company name, and payment information (processed by our payment provider). We also store their order history and lead-purchase records.

Usage information. We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to operate and secure the Service.

Affiliate information. If you apply for or participate in our affiliate/referral program, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, Instagram handle, team information, your requested discount code, your credit and cash-out activity, and the payment details you give us to be paid (for example a Zelle number or email). We use this information to operate the program, track referrals and credits, communicate with you, pay approved cash-outs, and meet our tax and legal obligations (including issuing IRS Form 1099 and requesting a Form W-9 where required). We may share it with our payment and service providers as needed to pay you and run the program. Participation in, and any payment under, the affiliate program is governed by our Terms of Service, which make the program discretionary and revocable.

2. How we use information

Consumer lead information is collected for the purpose of connecting consumers with licensed insurance agents who can provide quotes and information about life insurance products. The information a consumer submits on our lead forms is sold, shared, transferred, and/or licensed to one or more third-party licensed insurance agents and agencies, who use it to contact the consumer about insurance. We make this lead information available for purchase by our verified buyers (licensed insurance agents and agencies) through the Service. Buyer account information is used to operate accounts, process payments, deliver purchased leads, and provide support.

3. How we share information

Consumer lead information is disclosed to the buyer(s) who purchase that lead through the Service, so that they may contact the consumer regarding life insurance. A lead may be sold to more than one buyer over time (for example, if it is not marked sold and later becomes an aged lead). We also share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor, and email-delivery provider. We do not sell buyer account information.

Text-messaging opt-in and consent are excluded from the sharing described above. A consumer's mobile opt-in data and SMS/text-messaging consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 11 for details.

4. Consumer consent and communications (TCPA)

Consumers who submit a lead form consent, at the time of submission, to be contacted by us and by the licensed insurance agents to whom their information is provided, including by telephone, SMS, and email, regarding life insurance products and services. Consent language is presented on each lead form. Consumers may opt out of communications at any time as described in Section 7.

5. Data retention

We retain consumer lead information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including the resale of aged leads, and to comply with our legal obligations. Buyers retain a copy of leads they have purchased within their account. Consumers may request deletion of their information as described below, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricting raw lead data to authorized systems and the buyers who purchase it.

7. Your choices and data deletion

Consumers and buyers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at generationnextfinancial@gmail.com. To opt out of communications, reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at the address above. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

8. Facebook/Meta lead data

Leads generated through Meta/Facebook lead advertising are received via Meta's Lead Ads system in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access only the lead-form fields necessary to provide the Service, store them securely in our database, and make them available solely to the buyer(s) who purchase them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy or your information may be directed to generationnextfinancial@gmail.com.

11. SMS / text messaging program (mobile opt-in)

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting on one of our lead forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages — including automated messages sent, generated, and answered by an automated system and an artificial-intelligence (AI) virtual assistant, and including a series of follow-up and marketing messages — from Generation Next Financial and the licensed insurance agent(s) connected to you through the Service, regarding the life-insurance products you inquired about. You understand you may be communicating with an automated AI assistant rather than a live person, and that consent to these automated/AI messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile information and messaging consent are excluded from any information-sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. This information is used only to deliver the messaging you consented to, and is shared solely with the licensed insurance agent to whom you are connected through the Service — consistent with the consent you provided — and with the service providers that operate the messaging program on our behalf, such as our SMS delivery provider (which may not use it for any other purpose). To make a request regarding your mobile information, reply HELP to any message or contact us at generationnextfinancial@gmail.com.

This policy is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it for your business.
